Hello, my name is Gary. I live in Middle Park, Melbourne. This area is arguable Melbourne’s best inner city bayside suburb and the best location to stay when visiting Melbourne. In 2014 my wife and I bought Florence Court in Nimmo Street, Middle Park, a heritage listed, mid 30’s Art Deco apartment block.
Initially we lived in the rear apartment and offered two, two storey, three bedroom apartments on Airbnb. Since then we have built a new rear extension at the property and added another fantastic single bedroom apartment. Over eight years as an Airbnb host I have added four other short stay properties that I manage in Middle Park and Albert Park.
As an Airbnb Superhost I offer my guests a concierge like service. I am an unashamed ambassador for the area where I have lived for over 25 years. Each property has a copy of “Adventures Middle Park” or “Albert Park” which provides details my recommended local To Do’s for both adults and children and the best of nearby dining pleasures.
